About the Role

You will collaborate with a diverse partner community—including distributors, traditional system integrators, born-in-cloud partners, and AI-native partners—alongside other AWS teams to build architectures, proof of concepts, and demonstrations of AWS services by working backwards from their customers' business needs to accelerate the adoption of appropriate AWS technology.

A key focus of this role is accelerating both migration and AI transformation through partners. You will drive large-scale migration initiatives while simultaneously building and scaling an Agentic Platform that empowers partners to deliver AI-driven, autonomous solutions to their customers. You will help shape and design partner solutions covering a spread of domains from migration of core applications and workloads to working with GenAI, Agentic AI, AI/ML, microservices, containers, app development, IoT, and more. Being able to continuously expand your technological knowledge—particularly in migration methodologies and emerging agentic and autonomous AI capabilities—and having an interest in designing industry-applicable architectures that demonstrate business value are essential for this role.

Partner Community Management

• Manage and scale relationships across multiple partner types to accelerate both migration and AI adoption.
• Distributors: Enable and empower distribution partners to extend AWS reach, providing technical enablement for migration and AI services, go-to-market support, and architectural guidance that cascades through their partner networks.
• Traditional System Integrators: Work with established SI partners to modernize their migration practices, integrate AWS services into their delivery models, and help them evolve capabilities to include AI and agentic solutions alongside traditional migration offerings.
• Born-in-Cloud Partners: Engage with cloud-native partners who have built their business models around cloud technologies, helping them scale their AWS migration practices and develop advanced capabilities in emerging AI technologies.
• AI Partners: Collaborate with AI-native and specialized AI partners to co-innovate on industry solutions, integrate their technologies with AWS services, and accelerate customer adoption of intelligent, autonomous systems that complement migration journeys.

Migration Acceleration

• Enable partners to execute large-scale migration programs using AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) and other migration frameworks.
• Build partner capabilities in migration assessment, planning, and execution methodologies.
• Develop migration-specific reference architectures, tools, and accelerators for partners.
• Coach partners on migration best practices, including the 7Rs (Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, etc.).
• Help partners integrate AI/ML capabilities into migration workflows to optimize and accelerate customer migrations.
• Drive partner-attached migration ARR and ensure successful migration outcomes.

Agentic Platform Development

• Build an Agentic Platform for partners to develop, deploy, and scale autonomous AI agents that can reason, plan, and execute complex tasks.
• Integrate agentic capabilities into existing migration and modernization solutions.
• Leverage AWS AI/ML services to create intelligent, self-improving systems that enhance migration and post-migration optimization.
• Build partner competencies and certifications around agentic AI technologies.
• Create reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and accelerators for agentic solutions that complement migration journeys.

Trusted Technical Advisor

As a trusted technical advisor, you'll use interpersonal skills to influence a variety of stakeholders—from technical teams to executives—across your partner community. You'll help ensure their short-term technology decisions around migration and AI are aligned with their long-term strategic goals and help partners work with customers to accelerate adoption of AWS migration services and AI capabilities.

Community Evangelist & Thought Leader

Act as an evangelist in the wider community by educating, sharing best practices, presenting at events, writing whitepapers and blogs, and running workshops focused on partner enablement, migration acceleration, agentic AI, and emerging technologies.

Builder & Product Influencer

Gather feedback from partners and their customers while collaborating with engineering and service teams to influence the roadmap of AWS's migration tools, agentic capabilities, and AI services.

About the Team

This role is part of the ASEAN Partner team, working with our Systems Integration (SI) consulting partners, and is based out of our Malaysia office. You’ll work as part of a team that helps partners think strategically through business, product, and technical challenges, and then crafts and delivers enablement programs to help AWS Partners build more profitable, faster-growing businesses with a more diverse portfolio of solutions for their customers.
