Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients seeking immigration support and understand each client's unique immigration needs.
• Develop tailored immigration plans and handle end-to-end immigration processes for employees, including visa applications and work permits.
• Prepare and review immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Interpret and apply immigration rules to ensure client compliance and advise clients on processes, timelines, and potential risks.
• Maintain accurate and organised case files and ensure secure storage and accessibility of relevant documents.
• Ensure commercial awareness by recording time promptly, supporting billing activities, and managing scope creep.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation to government agencies and communicate with government officials, consulates, embassies, network offices, third-party providers, and internal teams.
• Monitor case progress, resolve issues, handle unexpected problems professionally, and provide regular updates to clients on case status or changes to immigration rules.
• Use tools and techniques to extract insights from trends in the business area and address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Train new/junior team members on case management and immigration law forms and applications and stay up to date with relevant immigration laws, regulations, and policies.
• Depending on the service line, assist with implementation of relevant technology/platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: Any Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum Years of Experience: 5–10 years of experience in providing Thailand immigration advice.
• Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Hybrid).
