Job Summary

• ซ่อมบำรุงรักษา ติดตั้งเครื่องจักร และสร้างอุปกรณ์ช่วยในการผลิตต่างๆ ภายในโรงงานผลิตเครื่องดื่ม โรงงานผลิตยาเวชภัณฑ์ เพื่อให้เครื่องจักรมีประสิทธิภาพในการผลิตสินค้าได้อย่างมีคุณภาพและทันส่งมอบสินค้าให้แก่ลูกค้าโดยมุ่งเน้น ความปลอดภัยสูงที่สุด (Maintenance, install and create tools/machine in beverage plant in order to support effective production)

Glass Plants - Forming Machine Maintenance Technician

• Perform preventive maintenance on bottle production machines and related equipment according to the maintenance schedule.
• Repair bottle production machines and related equipment based on maintenance or construction requests.

Glass Plants - General & Utility Maintenance Technician

• In charge of managing utility systems and carrying out general maintenance duties as delegated.
• Responsible for documenting machine reports and executing tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Maintenance Technician (Personal Care)

• Maintenance and Repair machines, buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues and keeping a facility operating and daily checklist.

Job Description:

• งานซ่อมบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรตามแผนงาน ประจำปีที่ได้วางแผนร่วมกับฝ่ายโรงงานและฝ่ายวางแผนการผลิต โดยกำหนดระยะเวลาที่ชัดเจน
• งานซ่อมบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรเชิงป้องกันเพื่อมิให้เครื่องจักรหยุดหรือเสียหายแบบฉุกเฉิน
• งานควบคุม ดูแลเครื่องอัดอากาศ
• งานติดตั้งเครื่องจักร และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ
• งานซ่อมบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร ตามใบแจ้งซ่อมและ tag record สีแดง ของโรงงานเครื่องดื่ม
• งานสร้างอุปกรณ์เสริมช่วยในการผลิต ให้กับโรงงาน ตลอดจนสร้างอุปกรณ์ป้องกัน การเกิดอุบัติเหตุที่จะเกิดขึ้นในฝ่ายผลิต

Glass Plants - Forming Machine Maintenance Technician

• Perform maintenance on bottle production machines and related equipment according to the maintenance schedule and work instructions (WI).
• Replace spare parts, mechanisms, and other components related to bottle production machines.
• Prepare and inspect spare parts for bottle production machines.
• Regularly report maintenance and spare part replacement activities to supervisors.
• Carry out activities related to various ISO systems, 5S, Kaizen, GHPs, and HACCP.
• Inspect for unsafe conditions within the factory, take corrective actions, and report to supervisors.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Glass Plants - General & Utility Maintenance Technician

• Responsible for maintaining utility system equipment and conducting machinery repairs in production processes such as Batch Plant, Furnace, IS Machine, and LEHR.
• Responsible for maintaining the air, water, NG gas, oil, and fire suppression systems to ensure they remain fully operational at all times.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance in support of production processes such as Batch Plant, Furnace, IS Machine, and LEHR.
• Responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery in assigned areas to ensure continuous operational readiness.
• Responsible for implementing activities related to ISO standards, GHPs/HACCP, and other associated management systems.
• Responsible for identifying unsafe environmental conditions and behaviors within the factory, implementing corrective measures, and reporting safety and environmental activities to supervisors.
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining activities under the 5S workplace organization system.

Maintenance Technician (Personal Care)

• Control and maintain all maintenance and operations of public including utility systems within the factory such as water supply systems, filtration systems, cooling systems, air conditioning systems, compressed air systems, cooling towers, RO systems, and chillers.
• Monitor and maintain the operation and cleanliness of steam boilers and equipment, water conditioning, wastewater treatment systems, heat dissipation pipelines, and report on the operational status of machinery in case of abnormalities.
• Involvement for new machine or equipment installation
• Conduct troubleshooting of machinery issues and inform the supervisor about the problems and causes, then proceed with resolving them.
• Plan repair or construction activities according to work orders received from the supervisor or maintenance requests. In case of problems, report them to the supervisor immediately.
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor or authorized personnel in command.
