Team Member, QC Inspection

Main purpose of the role:

Inspect and control product quality according to right quality standards and deliver to the next process within the timeline.

Key accountabilities:

• Inspect and control product quality according to right quality standards and deliver to the next process within the timeline.
• Follow quality instruction and method and align with quality standards.
• Record inspection result, report the progress of quality issues/defect along with being able to identify nonconformance products.
• Develop and improve skills, knowledge and abilities related to quality inspection continuously and regularly.
• Communicate with the team and stakeholders to exchange information about quality.

Candidate Description

Educational background:

High school M.3 or equivalent

Pivotal and professional qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year’ experience in inspection or jewelry business.
• Knowledge in quality inspection process and recording.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to right decision making.
• Listens and responds constructively to other team members’ ideas.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• Able to work in shifts rotation.

• Microsoft office
