Legal Senior Manager/ Legal Manager

About the Role

Our growing company is looking to fill the role of Legal Senior Manager/ Legal Manager. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. Responsibilities

• Offer guidance on various commercial issues and support a broad spectrum of legal activities for all affiliates, focusing on international affiliates.
• Draft, review, and amend both simple and complex contracts, along with other legal documents for both domestic and international affiliates.
• Governing and liaise with cross-functional stakeholders focusing international affiliates.
• Provide timely and practical strategic advice, ensuring effective support for all affiliates concerning laws and regulations.
• Manage legal projects as directed by the company.
• Perform any necessary legal services or tasks such as research, document control, and contract management.
• Develop and update internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Thai legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in law.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in a law firm or as a legal counsel in a business setting.
• A notarial certificate would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Business English, with experience in drafting, reviewing, or negotiating commercial contracts in English.
• Knowledge of business-related laws and regulations, including company, corporate, Foreign Business Act, labor and employment laws, PDPA, and general business laws.
• Experience in providing legal advice on international transactions.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
