Senior Staff Technician Facility

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including troubleshooting of facility and utility systems to ensure reliable operations.
• Monitor and maintain utility equipment to maximize system availability and minimize downtime.
• Operate, inspect, and maintain facility systems, including Chillers, Ultra-Pure Water (UPW), Wastewater Treatment, Compressed Dry Air (CDA), HVAC systems, and building infrastructure.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical and control systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history, and utility operation logs.
• Support internal and external audits related to facility, utility, environmental, and safety compliance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Thai regulations, environmental requirements, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and project activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and energy performance.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power, Mechatronics, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in facility, utility, maintenance, or engineering operations within manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of utility systems such as Chillers, HVAC, Compressed Air, Water Treatment, or Building Facilities.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and service providers.
• Willingness to work in shifts and support emergency maintenance activities when required.
