Maintenance Engineer

About the Role

The Frames Maintenance Engineer is accountable to perform maintenance work in operations, production, maintenance environments, instrument and equipment, (New technology, machine installation, plant rehabilitation, factory automation, production process development, etc.) to ensure maximum production quantity and quality also supporting the policies goals and objectives of the company. Individual’s roles also require executing their administrative and organizational skills for ensuring that all maintenance activities are seamlessly completed.

• Machine Preventive Maintenance > Utilize preventive maintenance and resolve technical issue of operation machines to reduce downtime and/or break down of production processes.
• Machine Performance Improvement > Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly of your section, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improve & develop productivity, capability and efficiency
• Project Management > Implement projects for the reduction and the continuous improvement of the defect rate, the material extra consumption and the overall operating costs. Ensure that the project will complete in timeline and budget. Feasibility study and propose new technology or production process improvement and development to improve & develop operations capability.
• Engineering Administration > Develop your section and implement policies, standards and procedures, working Instructions, communication and safety control.
• Work closely with maintenance and production team to achieve and improve the quality KPIs.
• Make sure that Safety and 5S principles are followed in the quality team working environment.
• Work on special assignments as may from time to time be directed by maintenance manager & Top Management.
• Comply with law, regulations and ISO management systems related to company (ISO13485, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001), manage the related audit or participate to them if appropriated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years’ experience in Engineering or Maintenance works in the industrial factory.
• Good English written and spoken communication.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software package (Excel and data analysis).
• Logical Thinking and Problem Solving Attitude, Target Oriented Mindset and Capability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong coordination, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Provides direction and guidance to a team in a way that leads to optimal results.
• Takes positive action when employees'/ colleagues' performance lags behind.
• SAP system knowledge.
• If you have experience in Wastewater treatment system/Scrubber/TOR-RFQ work, special consideration will be given.
• Need to know about ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
