Specialist, Product Master & Sample Development

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in monitoring department performance, workload balancing, resource utilization, and key operational priorities.
• Coordinate project management and sample delivery activities across cross-functional teams to ensure milestones, priorities, and customer commitments are achieved.
• Support the identification, tracking, escalation, and resolution of operational issues, project risks, and cross-functional dependencies affecting project execution.
• Assist supervisors and team leaders in workforce planning, capability development, onboarding activities, and department initiatives implementation.
• Prepare performance reports, management updates, and operational analyses to support management decision-making and business planning.
• Act as a key coordination focal point between Project Management, Sample Development, Engineering, Planning, Inventory, Production, and Quality teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Jewelry, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Project Management, Data Analysis, Continuous Improvement (CI), or related operational support functions.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring tools.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
