Service Engineer for SVC-IND Team

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for after sales service function.
• To be the technical service support and provide problem troubleshooting and coordinate technical service to customer.
• Perform installation, commissioning, training, application support, calibration services and repairs.
• Provide sound consultation on company's product solution and application.
• Perform engineering adaptations of products, equipment and services.
• Expand company's spares & services and manage projects, service contracts and relationship with customers.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Positive attitude with Self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic character and outgoing personality.
• High discipline, responsibilities and can work under pressure.
• Good command in English and public speaking capability will be highly preferred.
• Can drive with valid driving license.
• Able to use computer especially MS Office.
• Able to periodically travel and stay both upcountry and oversea.
