About the Role

As a SPARK Community & Social Host based in Bangkok (Part-Time / Freelance / Contract), you will help create engaging social experiences by interacting with members, attending curated events, facilitating conversations, and helping shape the culture and energy of the SPARK community.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new members, help users feel socially comfortable, and encourage participation within the community
• Attend curated SPARK events (cocktail socials, brunches, rooftop gatherings, networking experiences) and help create a comfortable, socially engaging atmosphere
• Facilitate introductions and group interactions naturally during events and assist the SPARK team in improving guest experience and event flow
• Share observations and feedback regarding user behaviour, event experiences, and platform usability to help improve community engagement and member satisfaction
• Support SPARK’s community-building and lifestyle branding initiatives and participate in event photos/videos/social media content where comfortable
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming community environment

Qualifications

• Based in Bangkok
• Socially confident, well-spoken, friendly, emotionally intelligent, and culturally aware
• Comfortable interacting with new people in social environments; professional, respectful, and presentable
• Fluent in English (Thai language skills are a plus)
• Preferred backgrounds: hospitality, public relations, events & nightlife, marketing & communications, cabin crew, lifestyle content creation, community management, luxury retail or customer engagement
