About the Role

As a Senior Associate Cloud Technical Architect at NTT DATA, you will design and occasionally implement cloud-based solutions that meet clients' business and technical needs, working closely with sales and cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures.
• Design cloud systems prioritizing high availability, scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Assess existing systems and develop strategies to migrate on-premises applications and infrastructure to the cloud.
• Define and implement cloud security best practices, governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Provide support to development teams to ensure adherence to standards and compliance.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, produce technical design documents, and manage client proof of concept (POC) initiatives.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services.
• Broad knowledge of cloud architecture patterns such as microservices, serverless computing, containers, and hybrid cloud deployments.
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure technologies including virtual machines, storage solutions, networking, and load balancing.
• Familiarity with cloud security principles, including IAM, encryption, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager.
• Understanding of cloud networking concepts and hybrid connectivity options.
• Moderate experience in Cloud Technical Architect roles, with a foundational grasp of DevOps principles, automation, and orchestration tools.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
