About the Role

• Build a high-performing team and lead strategic sourcing initiatives to drive Thailand plants' business growth through migration projects and NPI execution.
• Manage supplier and commodity strategy and optimize sourcing processes, including category strategy development and market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead transfer projects and NPI execution to meet KPIs for Quality, Cost, Delivery and Development; accelerate RFQ, quoting and decision processes.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and drive VA/VE and should-cost modeling initiatives; manage budgets and deliver cost targets.
• Develop a scalable supplier ecosystem in SEA, identify/evaluate/onboard global suppliers, build long-term strategic partnerships and monitor supplier performance.
• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing and contracts, and perform make-vs-buy and total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses.
• Partner with engineering, operations and product teams to influence design for cost and manufacturability, support demand planning and inventory optimization.
• Identify supply risks (single sourcing, shortages), develop mitigation plans including dual sourcing, and manage supplier capacity during constraints.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (RoHS, REACH) and maintain ethical sourcing standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering preferred).
• 12+ years of sourcing experience in plastics, stamping, plating, machining; Cable/PCBA/PCB experience is a plus.
• High Speed Cable/Cable/Connector industry experience preferred.
• 8+ years of global/regional sourcing experience preferred and 5+ years sourcing manager experience; people management or SQE/Supply Chain experience is a plus.
• Fluent English.
