Material Assistant Manager

What you´ll do

• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Ensuring the lean process flow and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse.
• Initiative to improve the process flow optimization to reduce the waste in daily activity.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field.
• Min 3 -5 years' experience in inventory & chemical material management, had experience in Chemical industry would be an advantage.
• Good command of English.
• SAP System Knowledge and Proficiency
