About the Role

Location: Le Méridien Phuket Beach Resort, 29 Soi Karon Nui, Tambon Karon, Phuket, Phuket, Thailand, 83100

Schedule: Full Time, Onsite. Position Type: Non-Management.

• Role includes processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing highlights of the local area.

Responsibilities

• Process operational needs and complete daily reports.
• Address guest requests and provide local area information to enhance guest experience.
• Create and maintain a safe workplace; follow company policies and procedures; maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
• Be on feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and perform hands-on tasks (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤ 10 pounds without assistance).
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience required.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None.
