Demand Planning & Sensing Analyst Executive

Job Summary

The Demand Planning & Sensing Analyst is responsible for monitoring real-time market signals across Omnichannel platforms and translating insights into short-term demand forecasts and business recommendations. This role combines demand analytics, market intelligence, social listening, affiliate monitoring, promotional analysis, and competitor tracking to improve forecast accuracy, minimize stock-outs, and maximize sales opportunities in a highly dynamic omnichannel environment. The role serves as the bridge between Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, Supply Chain, and Product teams to ensure rapid response to changing consumer demand.

Job Description:

• Demand Planning & Forecasting: Develop and manage SKU/channel forecasts, monitor forecast accuracy and bias, and maintain rolling forecasts.
• Demand Sensing & Market Intelligence: Monitor viral trends, consumer sentiment, search behavior, and social commerce signals to identify demand changes early.
• Commercial & Campaign Analytics: Assess the demand impact of affiliates, influencers, promotions, mega campaigns, and TikTok Live activities.
• New Product Forecasting: Develop and refine launch forecasts using market data, historical benchmarks, pricing, distribution, media, and affiliate plans.
• Risk & Opportunity Management: Identify demand risks, stock-out risks, and growth opportunities, and recommend actions to Commercial and Supply Chain teams.
• S&OP & Demand Review: Lead weekly demand reviews, present key insights and assumptions, and support monthly S&OP and forecast governance.
