About the Role

As a Regulatory Specialist based in Bangkok, Thailand you will be part of the Asia Pacific Regulatory Team focusing on Thailand, Korea, Australia & New Zealand. This is an onsite, full-time role where you will guide business leaders on regulatory matters, support product approvals and maintain regulatory compliance for company products and customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations or policies that may impact Arxada products and advise stakeholders on applicable requirements and routes to compliance
• Compile appropriate dossiers to obtain relevant product registrations and permits for new products
• Ensure compliance with Thailand import/manufacture license and notification requirements for company products, customer samples and raw materials
• Maintain product registrations to ensure continued compliance for Thailand and Korea
• Coordinate with the Thai manufacturing plant and hazard communication/labelling teams to ensure SAP and Sphera IA tools have correct data, layouts and rules/algorithms to meet national SDS and label requirements
• Compile responses to customer questionnaires on company products and handle other regulatory inquiries from customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in chemistry or life sciences
• Business fluent in English; Thai language ideally
• Typically 3+ years industrial experience, ideally in chemical industry regulatory affairs
• Expert knowledge of chemical regulatory frameworks—particularly Thailand and Korea; experience with antimicrobial regulations for preservation or hygiene applications desirable
• Strong scientific understanding of chemistry, efficacy, toxicology, ecotoxicology, environmental fate or risk assessment methodologies
