Field Service Engineer

About the Role

Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of customers' technology through your expertise.

Responsibilities

• Report into the Operations Manager.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems.
• Diagnose issues to prevent equipment downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Act as the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in field service engineering or a related technical role, ideally within the Compressor or Industrial Equipment sectors.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex mechanical or electrical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and internal teams.
• Proactive attitude towards safety compliance and maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Familiarity with service documentation and reporting tools is advantageous.

Additional Information

• Job location: Customer center in Chachoengsao; role requires remote work and significant travel to visit customers within the designated area, Thailand (TH).
