About the Role

Experienced and engaging instructors to support delivery of the Business Impact Accelerator (BIA) program — a half-day, industry-focused session designed to help business users adopt and leverage Genie and One. The focus is enabling non-technical business audiences through facilitation, live demonstrations, and business-oriented storytelling rather than deep technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver highly engaging virtual and onsite BIA sessions for business audiences
• Facilitate interactive discussions for groups of 100–200+ participants
• Conduct live demonstrations using Genie and One
• Translate product capabilities into clear business outcomes and value
• Adapt delivery style and content based on audience needs and evolving materials
• Support global delivery schedules across multiple time zones
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth session execution

Qualifications

• Strong facilitator with excellent presentation and audience engagement skills
• Ability to communicate complex concepts in simple, business-friendly language
• Comfortable managing live demos and handling unexpected technical issues gracefully
• Experience engaging senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Conversant in at least one industry vertical such as Financial Services (FINS), Manufacturing, or Marketing
• Flexible and adaptable in dynamic delivery environments
• Fluent in one or more of the required languages

Preferred Experience

• Experience delivering workshops, enablement sessions, or executive briefings
• Familiarity with AI/data platforms or analytics solutions
• Experience working with global teams and multicultural audiences
• Prior experience in instructor-led virtual training or customer enablement
