Job Purposes

Perform the operations to support displays and store environments following the standard, to align with visual strategy and plan, and achieve organization’s goals and objectives

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide support to visual merchandising and display areas by analyzing the standards and designing innovative product display, to ensure quality of merchandise categories to support brand strategy and ensure visual merchandising alignment with brand principals
• Apply visual directive set for the locations under responsibilities to attract customers and increase sales volume
• Coordinate with related team and functions to create mutual understanding in operations to improve and solve problems
• Provide support to seasonal scheme and promotion activities, as well as the development of style and market awareness, to support the gross sales of the organization
• Make summary reports of overall visual merchandising under responsibility to propose to the supervisor
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-5 years’ experience in related field
• Have knowledge in visual merchandising
• Have communication and influencing skill
• Be able to coordinate
