Responsibilities

• Developing innovation strategies by collaborating directly with corporate clients to dig into core business objectives and translating complex client insights into actionable strategies.
• Designing tailor-made people transformation plans and end-to-end learning experiences, owning solutions from concept to pitch to execution.
• Using storytelling and data visualization to pitch solutions and create business proposals for executives.
• Proactively driving the development of new business solutions that enhance company products and collaborating with Business Development and Operations for execution.
• Seeking and developing global alliances to leverage and scale impact across Thailand and Southeast Asia's Executive Education landscape.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, innovation, L&D, or related fields; experience in business transformation initiatives or executive education is a strong plus.
• Sharp analytical skills to dissect complex business problems and identify high-impact opportunities.
• An active learner mentality with a demonstrated passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional storytelling abilities to create impressive presentations and business proposals.
• Strong willingness and capability to explore, build, and nurture global partnerships; an agile, "can-do" mindset able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Bilingual excellence with fluency in both Thai and English.
