What You Will Be Responsible For

• Manage events start to finish – high-end social events, weddings, Meetings as well in-house events.
• Managing casual labor grooming to meet the standards
• Offer guests of events an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standard of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
• Provide service for food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.
• Response and anticipate service of guest’s requirements before request are necessary.
• Selecting, training, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees, within Banquet Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; long-range strategic planning for outlet operation.
• Provide knowledge and skill training to team both on the job and class room training.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Assists in controlling banquet china, glass, silver, linen and equipment.
• Participates in reviewing banquet event orders to guarantee the execution of all banquet events.
• Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the banquet area and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
• To supervise the Events in the absence of the manager/assistant manager.
• To ensure all service activities are in place and under control

What You Will Bring

• To have superior knowledge and be also executive efficiently the sequence of service for all events
• There an eye of detail to maintain the luxury experience for all events.
• Hospitality Education, preferred.
• At least 2 years in a lead server or supervisory role, ideally in a luxury hotel/restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge and passion for everything food and beverage.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service.
