About the role

The Corporate Lawyer reports directly to the Legal Director. Responsibilities include legal works on corporate law, investment law, labour law, and other fields of law.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation for board and shareholders meetings, application forms and relevant supporting documents for registration with the government authorities
• Preparation of the corporate documents to comply with the laws and regulations
• Assisting with annual meeting of stockholders and completing annual filings for subsidiaries
• Liaising with clients and government authorities
• Maintaining minute books and corporate documents of the clients
• Assist team in carrying out responsibilities

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• 2-4 years of experience in legal services or a law firm
• Basic knowledge of regulatory law and legal aspects
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Interested in the corporate field, preferably with an international firm
• Able to deal and/or communicate with government authorities and clients
• Good time management skills
