Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service in accordance with company standards and guidelines to deliver an excellent experience and maximum satisfaction to every customer, as well as supporting increased sales for the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely, with a smile, and good manners.
• Provide customer service according to trained standard procedures to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Recommend products and promotional programs to customers accurately to increase sales.
• Ask for and listen to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Sincerely invite customers to return for future service.
• Check food quality to meet standards before serving to customers every time.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers accurately, completely, and on time.
• Check the readiness of ingredients and service equipment before starting the shift.
• Ensure the responsible area is clean, tidy, and fully equipped for service at all times.
• Maintain personal grooming and cleanliness according to company standards.
• Strictly adhere to company safety and hygiene standards.
• Comply with company rules and regulations and instructions from supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Summarize daily sales and related documents.

Job Specifications

Education

Junior high school (M.3) or equivalent or higher.

Experience

No experience required (experience in service will be a special consideration).

Other Qualifications

• Passionate about service, friendly, energetic, and good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and honest in duties.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Possess a food handler training certificate (will be a special consideration).
