Job Purpose

Responsible for scooping beautiful and high-quality ice cream according to Swensen's operational standards to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain ice cream freezers in working condition and check temperature according to standard.
• Maintain ice cream quality by checking temperature with a thermometer according to standard.
• Ensure all equipment and tools used for work are clean, in ready-to-use condition, and cleaned according to hygiene principles.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area, free from foreign objects and insects.
• Use ice cream containers correctly according to standard.
• Scoop ice cream to standard size as specified in the product manual.
• Maintain beverage quality according to standard and ensure sufficient supply throughout sales.
• Arrange and display ice cream correctly according to the ice cream flavor layout.
• Arrange and display ice cream cakes correctly according to the cake display cabinet layout.
• Take orders and prepare products according to standard for dine-in or take-away customers.
• Coordinate with ice cream decorators and cashiers to ensure customers receive ice cream according to standard.

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain personal attire, cleanliness, and hygiene according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store according to company standards.
• Adhere to safety standards according to organizational rules.
• Comply with organizational disciplinary rules and follow supervisor's instructions.
• Other tasks assigned by the shift manager.
• Other tasks assigned and specified in the daily work schedule.

Qualifications

• Male or female, aged 18 – 25 years.
• Service-minded and responsible.
• Good personality, cheerful, eloquent, and agile in work.
• Able to work in shifts.
• Education: At least Mathayom 3 (Grade 9) education.
• Experience: Experience in restaurant service will be given special consideration.
