The Pizza Company-Service Staff (Full-time) | พนักงานบริการ

Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service in accordance with company standards and guidelines, to deliver excellent experiences and maximize customer satisfaction, while supporting increased sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with politeness, smiles, and good manners.
• Provide customer service according to standard procedures, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
• Recommend products and promotional programs to customers accurately to increase sales.
• Ask for and listen to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Kindly invite customers to return for future service.

Product Inspection and Delivery

• Check food quality to meet standards before serving to customers every time.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers correctly, completely, and on time.
• Check the readiness of ingredients and service equipment before starting a shift.

Cleanliness and Hygiene

• Ensure the responsible area is clean, tidy, and fully equipped for service at all times.
• Maintain personal attire and hygiene according to company standards.
• Strictly adhere to company safety and hygiene standards.

General Operations

• Strictly comply with company regulations and supervisors' orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Summarize daily sales and related documents.

Job Specifications

Education

Junior high school (M.3) or equivalent or higher.

Experience

No experience required (experience in service will be given special consideration).

Other Qualifications

• Service-minded, cheerful, energetic, and good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and honest in duties.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Possess a food handler's training certificate (will be given special consideration).
