Job Purpose

Responsible for scooping ice cream beautifully and ensuring quality meets Swensen's operational standards to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain ice cream display freezers in working order and check temperature according to standard.
• Maintain ice cream quality, checking temperature with a thermometer according to standard.
• Maintain all equipment and tools used in operations to be clean, ready for use at all times, and cleaned correctly according to hygiene principles.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, free from foreign objects and insects.
• Use and manage ice cream containers correctly according to standard.
• Scoop ice cream to standard size as specified in the product manual.
• Ensure beverage quality meets standards and is sufficient throughout sales.
• Arrange and display ice cream correctly according to the ice cream flavor planogram.
• Arrange and display ice cream cakes correctly according to the display freezer planogram.
• Take orders and prepare products according to standard for dine-in or take-away customers.
• Coordinate with ice cream decorators and cashiers to ensure customers receive ice cream according to standard.

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain personal appearance, cleanliness, and hygiene according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store according to company standards.
• Adhere to safety standards and organizational regulations.
• Comply with organizational rules and regulations and follow supervisor's instructions.
• Other duties assigned by the shift manager.
• Other duties assigned and listed in the daily work schedule.

Qualifications

• Male or female, aged 18 – 25 years.
• Service-minded and responsible.
• Good personality, cheerful, articulate, and energetic.
• Able to work in shifts.
• Education: Completed Mathayom 3 or higher.
• Experience: Experience in restaurant service will be given special consideration.
