About the Role

Highly organized, security-first ITSecOps (SysAdmin) to serve as the ultimate gatekeeper of our internal corporate environment. Secure our people, identities, and endpoints, and act as the guardian of the employee experience and the internal perimeter for our personnel workforce. Play a critical role in our ISO 27001 compliance program by owning Human Resource Security, Asset Management, and Access Control. Oversee the IT Support team, which acts as the central nervous system and primary dispatcher for all internal technical requests, and route issues to the appropriate engineering tiers (Dev, SRE or Cybersecurity).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the IT Support team and act as the primary dispatcher for internal technical requests; route issues to Dev, SRE, or Cybersecurity tiers.
• Secure people, identities, and endpoints; enforce strict security policies using enterprise tools while preserving the daily employee experience.
• Own Human Resource Security, Asset Management, and Access Control as part of the ISO 27001 compliance program.
• Set up ITSM workflows and train helpdesk staff to accurately categorize, prioritize, and route cross-departmental tickets.
• Manage enterprise IAM solutions with deep, hands-on configuration and administration.
• Manage endpoints with MDM solutions across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Maintain and administer corporate networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and RADIUS authentication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or Corporate IT Security, with experience leading a team of SysAdmins or IT Support staff.
• Experience setting up IT Service Management (ITSM) workflows and training helpdesk staff for triage and routing.
• Deep, hands-on experience configuring and managing enterprise IAM solutions.
• Experience managing devices via MDM across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Solid understanding of corporate networking (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, RADIUS).
• Strict security discipline, high user empathy, and the ability to communicate the rationale behind security controls while designing user-friendly secure workflows.
