Scope of Role: Overall responsible to ensure sanitation and cleanliness of bar, desserts, fruits related areas, equipment and utensil, and to support the preparation and production for operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily smooth operation of the bar
• Conduct training for the team
• Ensure Barista/Bartender attendance, grooming and service meet company standards
• Maintain par-level stocks for daily operation; avoid items being 86 declared
• Ensure Barista/Bartender follow SOPs at all times while preparing beverages
• Drive upselling according to monthly target promotions (e.g., happy hour upselling)
• Ensure high quality and consistency of beverages served
• Ensure cleanliness and hygienic practices in food and beverage handling
• Replenish food/desserts at display chiller, including beverages
• Clean coffee/beer/wine glassware after guest use
• Maintain and keep the bar counter clean at all times
• Ensure storage areas for goods are kept clean at all times
• Ensure all items inside the bar follow FIFO
• Responsible for daily inventory
• Cooperate and work in a team to develop, maintain and improve the quality management system
• Take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate
