Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service according to company standards and guidelines, to deliver an excellent experience and maximum satisfaction to every customer, and to support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely, with a smile, and good manners.
• Provide customer service according to trained standard procedures, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
• Accurately recommend products and sales promotion programs to customers to increase sales.
• Ask for and listen to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Sincerely invite customers to return for future service.
• Check food quality to meet standards before serving customers every time.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers correctly, completely, and on time.
• Check the readiness of ingredients and service equipment before starting a shift.
• Ensure the responsible area is clean and tidy and fully equipped for service at all times.
• Maintain personal attire and cleanliness according to company standards.
• Strictly adhere to the company's safety and hygiene standards.
• Comply with company regulations and supervisors' orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Summarize daily sales and related documents.
