Responsibilities

• Lead the operations of a specific outlet and ensure profitable operations.
• Achieve outlet business goals and accurately forecast business demands.
• Work with management to develop and execute the marketing plan.
• Ensure the manning schedule is up to date.
• Oversee regular preventative maintenance and maintain outlet safety and sanitation standards.
• Lead by example with a hands-on approach to motivate team members to excel.
• Manage team member performance, identify training needs, and develop and deliver required training for supervisors and team members.
• Maximise guest satisfaction and develop team members to enable career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Previous experience managing a bar or restaurant in a luxury hotel environment is highly preferred.
• Strong background in beverage operations, mixology, and premium guest experience is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day outlet operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, team motivation, and staff training skills with a hands-on management style.
• Dynamic, energetic, and service-minded with a positive attitude; creative and results-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good command of English and Thai, both spoken and written.
