Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing production schedules to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the relate departments, analyzing data, and proactively addressing potential production issues.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer orders, material availability, and production capacity.
• Coordinate with engineering, production teams and other relate departments to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
• Monitor production progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
• Adjust schedules as needed to address changes in demand, material availability, or production capacity.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential production issues.
• Utilize ERP or other scheduling software to manage production schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science, Data Science
• 3 - 5 years of experience
• Experience with Production Planning process, including scheduling, capacity planning
• Able to use ERP or other scheduling software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving
• Excellent in English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
