Operational Excellence Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the general direction, performs such duties that will assure a safe, efficient and reliable operation of manufacturing or above industry standard. (ISO standard, product standard, EPS and international standard) Responsible for managing total plant operation, maintenance and administration activities. To ensure safe and efficient production in compliance with applicable standards and regulation. Performs all duties in compliance with factory policies, procedures, rules and regulations on production. In additional, communicate objectives, select develop and evaluate personnel in accordance with company policies and government regulations. Protects the Electrolux Professional ‘s investment in machinery, equipment and facilities by exercising care, skill, training and knowledge.

MAJOR SKILLS / COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS

Perform duties independently with only general direction given. Job is managerial to extent that daily work direction is given to personnel in subordinate classification. Decisions are make within prescribed operating guidelines. Completely accountable for budget preparation or compliance. Completely accountability for sales volume generation. Formally make recommendations concerning long-range planning. Recurring work situations with occasional variations from the norm. Job involves a moderate degree of complexity. Contacts are normally make with others inside and outside the company. Contacts are usually with immediate associates, corporate departments, supervisor, regulatory agencies, customers and utility mangers. EPS (World Class Manufacturing) Competencies are including 5Why, 5G, W51H, A3, AK, EPS, ICE (I x C x E), KAI, KPI, LUTI, MK, MTBF, NVAA, PDCA, QA Matrix, QCD, QK, S Matrix, SK, SPC and Line Balance.
