About the Role

We are looking for a Project Control Analyst based in Ubon Ratchathani for the wind farm project AC8. The role is responsible for managing construction project costs and submitting monthly progress reports. The core of the role involves detailed scheduling, progress monitoring, and coordination across various disciplines to ensure projects meet their deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction project costs and submit monthly planning and progress reports to project management.
• Prepare Level II planning based on area procedures and within required timeframes, coordinating with the Project Manager and other disciplines.
• Organize and coordinate integration of plans received from Business Development into Level I and II plans.
• Develop and maintain planning templates for wind and photovoltaic projects, identifying activities, durations, and dependencies.
• Develop and adjust detailed planning templates for each specific project (purchasing, engineering, construction, commissioning) together with the Project Manager.
• Monitor work progress and prepare weekly and monthly planning reports.
• Analyze projects during execution to determine critical paths and risks, proposing and updating changes to forecast final deadlines.
• Determine critical and sub-critical paths from Engineering & Construction until transfer to Operations and Maintenance.
• Prepare progress curves and other planning reports required by the department.
• Coordinate optimally with Project Management and other discipline coordinators.
• Ensure project planning documentation is correctly uploaded to SharePoint and available in the department applications.
• Identify improvements in departmental instructions and channel lessons learned from planning processes.
• Obtain necessary information from other departments (business development, purchasing, engineering, construction, network code) involved in meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree.
• Specific training in planning; knowledge of Primavera P6 is essential.
• Additional courses related to project planning and management will be valued.
• English high/intermediate level, spoken and written.
• Ability to negotiate with third parties, work in a team, and perform technical analysis of projects.
• Geographic mobility: International.

Preferred areas of expertise

• Programming and planning work on industrial EPC projects (combined cycle cogeneration, LNG, solar thermal, oil & gas plants).
• Management of industrial EPC projects.
