What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and create an exceptional first impression.
• Assist with luggage handling, room escort, and hotel orientation.
• Provide airport, pier, and local transportation services safely and professionally.
• Maintain hotel vehicles in excellent condition.
• Support VIP arrivals and deliver personalized guest experiences.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Valid Thai Driving License.
• Previous hotel experience preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
