Responsibilities

• Oversees the organization's supply chain processes and strategies, implementing process improvement techniques to maximize productivity and improve performance.
• Ensure availability of materials in the supply chain as per the schedule and manage timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning, and quality control of production materials.
• Coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve the supply chain's efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities and continuously improve all supply chain processes by developing a continuous improvement mindset culture.
• Manage inbound & outbound logistics, deliver on freight cost control targets, ensure stock integrity, EHS compliance, and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Generally requires Bachelor's degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Master's degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level.
