About the role

This role drives the activation of strategic IT&D initiatives and ensures successful deployment of global programs at the factory. It acts as the key link between site leadership and stakeholders, fostering clear communication and commitment to the transformation journey. Based on-site, the role supports health & hygiene factory transformation by working closely with leadership to implement global standards for business, process, data, and technology, while ensuring local needs are addressed and contributing to innovation programs. Responsibilities include monitoring IT support services, managing communications and escalations during critical issues, and maintaining a stable factory IT ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with the Manufacturing community (both virtual and in-person), and with global Health & Hygiene and IT teams.
• Engage at both strategic and operational levels, connecting with factory leadership and shopfloor personnel.
• Guide and challenge leaders using communication and presentation skills.
• Operate in a matrix environment, supporting Solutions Delivery and Demand Management.
• Oversee manufacturing operations, understand processes, and present solutions to business teams while articulating technical issues to delivery teams.
• Develop expertise in key Reckitt applications and leverage their benefits.
• Ensure compliance with global technical and information standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant industry, ideally in manufacturing, IT, or digital transformation.
• Experience managing or supporting IT systems within an operational or factory environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience delivering or supporting digital, automation, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Skills

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, IT&D operating models, Industrial Automation, and Industry 4.0.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and clarify complex situations; proactive and improvement-focused.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; adaptable to a wide range of audiences.
• Strong business acumen and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
