Assistant Manager - Security (Thai National)

About the Role

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation’s Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting colleague, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Security is responsible to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s safety and security procedures, including fire safety, colleague and asset protection.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation’s Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting colleague, guest and owner expectations.
• Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s safety and security procedures, including fire safety, colleague and asset protection.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security.
• Ideally with a certificate of Basic Life Support, AED or First Aid.
• Minimum 1-2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Supervisor in larger operation.
• Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills are a must.
• Good communication skills in English.
