Location: Phulay Bay a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, 111 Moo 3, Nongthalay, Muang, Krabi, Thailand

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay and create memorable experiences.
• Process operational needs, complete reports, and handle guest transactions as part of the experience.
• Address guest requests and share local highlights and recommendations.
• Create and maintain a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
• Perform physical tasks: be on feet and moving (stand, sit, or walk for extended time) and move/lift/carry/push/pull/place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience required.
• Supervisory Experience: None required.
• License or Certification: None required.
