Maintenance Engineer / Technical Executive (Based in Songkhla, Thailand)

About the Role

Plan, execute, and support multidisciplinary maintenance activities (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation) to enhance plant reliability, integrity, and availability. Includes material condition inspections, equipment overhaul and refurbishment, technical clarifications, and support for maintenance digitalization initiatives. Based in Songkhla, Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Follow the company's HSE rules and regulations in all works under responsibility.
• Carry out assigned activities and oversee and assist contractors to ensure they perform duties safely, correctly and complete work on time.
• Plan preventive, corrective, and ad-hoc maintenance activities in collaboration with related disciplines and monitor execution in compliance with company standards.
• Conduct material condition inspection and evaluation, and follow up on equipment overhaul and refurbishment with proper documentation and registration.
• Review and provide technical clarifications on equipment specifications, drawings, and datasheets.
• Support implementation and improvement of maintenance digitalization initiatives (offshore maintenance daily reports, digital log sheets, maintenance task digital check sheets).
• Prepare and ensure readiness of tools, materials, and consumables before work execution.
• Participate in root cause and reliability analysis; perform failure root cause and bad-actor analysis from failure data with reliability engineer.
• Foster collaboration and maintain good working relationships with team members, contractors, and company personnel to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument, or related discipline) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in maintenance in Oil & Gas field or similar.
• Exposure to multidisciplinary maintenance execution and planning.
• Experience in static and rotating equipment, electrical systems, and instrumentation.
• Familiar with SAP and CMMS system in maintenance service module.
• Knowledge in material inspection, refurbishment processes, and maintenance digital tools.
• Willing to relocate to Songkhla, Thailand and able to understand Thai language.
