Operation Officer (Part Time)

Our strategy is to expand our business scope to enhance the competitiveness of the rapidly growing e-commerce business in South Asia, using innovation and technology as a core, and providing a variety of logistics and supply chain solutions.

• We have delivery services to over 200 destinations.
• We offer more than 25 logistics services.
• We have 20 logistics service points throughout Thailand.

We are looking for a Part-Timer who is interested in international logistics business, to join our professional team within our business network.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify export documents such as Air Waybill (AWB), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Shipping Instruction, including verifying the Harmonized System (HS) Code.
• Sort and manage parcels that are not yet ready for the export process.
• Ensure exports comply with laws, customs regulations, international export requirements, and procedures.
• Control and check the quality, accuracy of information, and standard condition of parcels before delivery to meet requirements.

Qualifications

• Be meticulous and have good data analysis skills, and be able to use Microsoft Excel very well.
• Have good communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with others.
• Be meticulous, able to work under pressure, and manage time well.
