Accounting Controller

Financial Reporting & MIS

• Lead daily accounting operations of entities assigned, ensuring compliance with IFRS, Thai Accounting Standards, Thai Taxation, BOI regulation and relevant policies.
• Ensuring accuracy and efficiency across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger (GL).
• Manage full-cycle accounting processes and ensure timeliness of monthly, quarterly and yearly closings of financials including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flows.
• Perform variance analysis of financial performance against budget and prior periods.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning

• Lead annual budgeting activities by gathering and verifying financial data from related companies based on assumption and guidelines as per group policy.
• Prepare budget financials of PL, BS and cash flows of entities assigned as per group policy and strategies from management.
• Prepare monthly rolling forecast of financials based on current assumption and compare with budget including perform variance analysis.
• Monitor monthly performance against budget and drive corrective actions.
• Provide insights into improving business forecasting.

Compliance, Audit & Controls

• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements including BOI, Taxation and related statutory reports.
• Manage tax filings including VAT and Withholding Tax submissions, and other statutory requirements.
• Lead external and internal audits and liaison with group and internal auditors, consultants, BOI department and relevant parties and strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks.

ERP & Digital Transformation

• Drive adoption of SAP S4.
• Assist team in implementing and operating reporting tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Power BI and Hyperion.
