Job Description
Main Roles and Responsibilities
- Calendar & Liaison: Coordinate with internal departments, external board members, alumni, and community stakeholders to manage appointments, minutes of the meeting follow up on agreements and ensure engagements run smoothly.
- Documentation & Research: Search, compile, and prepare high-level documents, speeches, or reference materials for the personal and professional use of the Director Emeritus.
- Meeting Support: Prepare documentation for meetings, special committees, or institutional events as assigned, and take minutes when required.
- Archiving & Filing: Maintain a comprehensive and confidential filing system for the Director Emeritus’s office, with a special focus on preserving historical school documents and institutional legacy.
- Event & Hospitality Coordination: Assist in organizing special school events, guest hosting, and ceremonial functions involving the Director Emeritus.
- Logistics Management: Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistical requirements for both local and international engagements.
- Special Projects: Support administrative tasks linking the Emeritus office with HR, Public Relations, or the school’s Foundation, and perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum educational qualification: At least a Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Minimum no. of years of working experience: 5 years; preferably with working experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or handling high-level coordination in an educational/diplomatic environment or the Thai government.

- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suits, cloud storage, and digital scheduling tools)
- Exceptional documentation, proofreading, and archiving skills
- Diplomacy & Protocol Awareness (High levels of tact and social etiquette when interacting with VIPs, board members, and long-standing community stakeholders)
- Planning & Organizing (Proactive calendar management and seamless logistical coordination)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with high-profile guests and stakeholders
- Reliability, initiative, and high emotional intelligence (EQ)
