Compliance Manager

About the Role

KCG Corporation is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to lead compliance management and corporate governance practices across the company and its subsidiaries. This is an onsite, full-time role responsible for ensuring business operations, disclosures, and internal policies align with applicable regulatory requirements and corporate standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor the company and its subsidiaries to ensure operations comply with corporate charters, policies, regulations, and applicable laws.
• Plan, control, and manage disclosure activities, data preparation, and regulatory reporting to meet public company requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and requirements issued by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC), the Ministry of Commerce, the Thailand Securities Depository, and other related authorities.
• Communicate compliance requirements and provide preliminary guidance to directors, executives, and employees across the company and its subsidiaries.
• Support internal stakeholders in understanding and following relevant legal, regulatory, and governance requirements.
• Monitor legal and regulatory updates related to public company compliance and governance; review and revise company charters, policies, rules, and regulations as needed.
• Communicate regulatory changes and support implementation across relevant business units.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance, Corporate Governance, or related fields; candidates with a non-related degree should have at least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working with regulatory requirements for public companies is a strong advantage.
• Professional certifications or related training in compliance, governance, or legal matters would be a plus.

Skills

• Strong understanding of compliance management, corporate governance, and general legal principles.
• Good knowledge of regulatory frameworks for public companies.
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to provide training or act as an internal facilitator.
• Good English language proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail and data verification skills.
