Responsibilities

• Work and coordinate with all parties during the budget plan and monthly Spending forecast.
• Monitor the Spending forecast versus actual on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Track and compare Actual Spending against the budget and report significant changes to the manager.
• Analyze and ensure Spending expense is correctly recorded and provide reports to each counterpart department.
• Coordinate with related departments to achieve measurement targets.
• Verify the completeness of PR and ensure budget availability to proceed.
• Set up the Standard Cost forecast for HDD Thailand.
• Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Required: At least 3 years of experience in Finance or experience as a Financial Analyst.
• Required: Product cost forecast and inventory variance forecast experience.
• Required: Ability to communicate and negotiate with specified objectives.
• Preferred: Experience in Planning & Oracle Cloud.
• Preferred: Attention to details, accountability, continuous learning, and good human relations.

Skills

• Fluent in English communication.
• Computer literacy; strong Excel skills.
• Logical thinking and negotiation skills.
• Presentation skill.
