Senior Solution Architect Offshore&Onshore

About the Role

Drive technical positioning of the EAD (Electrification, Automation, Digitalization) portfolio across onshore and offshore Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Data Center, and Chemicals projects. Lead multi-disciplinary capture teams to develop FEED designs and coordinate strategic bids with Global Pursuits Managers and Segment Managers to win major projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Solution Design: Architect FEED concepts and technical solutions for onshore/offshore O&G, Power, Data Centers, and Chemicals projects leveraging EAD portfolio knowledge.
• Technical Authority: Act as primary technical expert during pre-acquisition, translating customer and industry requirements into technical strategy.
• Orchestrate Technical Bids: Prepare complex technical offers, manage customer clarifications, and coordinate technical interfaces with sub-vendors and partners.
• Drive Collaboration: Partner with Sales & Proposal teams to evaluate opportunities, articulate value proposition, and ensure competitive, deliverable solutions.
• Resource Management: Identify and engage global and regional engineering resources for comprehensive offer preparation.
• Support Product Strategy: Capture customer insights and market requirements to inform portfolio and R&D development.
• Leadership & Values: Lead Solution Architect team coordination and operational activities, exemplifying company values and leadership essentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Automation, Controls, or related engineering discipline, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in systems engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or bid management on large electrical/automation-driven integration projects in industrial or energy markets.
• Proven track record developing winning technical concepts, FEED studies, and complex bids for large-scale onshore/offshore industrial projects.
• Hands-on experience across at least two target markets (O&G, Power Generation, Data Centers, or Chemicals) with expertise in electrification, automation, drives, ICSS/DCS, and digitalization solutions preferred.
• Experience integrating multi-vendor electrical and automation packages (switchgear, MV/LV drives, control systems, SCADA, OT cybersecurity).
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with bid management software and industry-standard engineering tools preferred.
