Job objective

A Driver is one of the most important people for the restaurant. As a Driver, you are a representative of the company who will deliver hot and good quality food to customers on time to create 100% customer satisfaction. The role of a Driver includes 2 main activities:

• Support service by delivering food to customers for 100% satisfaction.
• Support team building within the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities: Service Quality and Procedures

• Check the readiness and cleanliness of motorcycles and food delivery equipment, including clean attire.
• Prioritize customers by delivering ordered food on time, courteously, and following company-specified and trained service procedures.
• Initially check food quality according to SOO standards before serving customers.
• Sincerely thank customers to create a lasting impression and encourage repeat business.
• Drive motorcycles carefully and strictly adhere to traffic laws for employee safety and to build a good reputation for the company regarding safe driving.

Cleanliness

• Clean food delivery equipment and motorcycle equipment completely and ensure they are always ready for use during work.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Service-minded.
• Responsible and honest.
• Valid motorcycle driver's license and own motorcycle.
• Able to communicate effectively and use a computer.
