We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our Saffron team and ensure that every guest enjoys an unforgettable dining journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and inspire the restaurant team to deliver world-class Thai hospitality.
• Manage reservations, floor plans, and guest flow to maximize efficiency and guest experience.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food presentation and quality.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive revenue through upselling and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in a fine-dining or luxury restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with international guests.
• Strong knowledge of Thai cuisine and fine-dining service standards.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written); knowledge of Thai or other languages is an advantage.
• Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and guest-centric mindset.
