Tax Planning Specialist

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Documentation preparation and deal with authority for Banpu Group and affiliated companies auditing with the Revenue Department and tax authority in investing country both for intermediate holding company and operation company.
• Review and summarize annual and half year corporate tax income calculation, including tax calculation for The International Business Center (IBC).
• Identifying and answering complex domestic and international tax issues
• Review and verify the relevant taxes (VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), Special Business Tax (SBT), etc.), tax returns and other required tax reports accurately, timely and effectively.
• Analyses all related tax impact on business transactions both local and international transactions (e.g., arm's length transaction) for supervisors and senior management review (CIT, VAT, SBT, and others).
• Research and analysis of tax issues related to business and be capable of interpreting and analyzing tax rules, as well as discussing with external consultants on tax related affairs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• 4 years of working experience in accounting or tax
• Good Knowledge and understanding of tax regulation.
• Excellent teamwork and co-operation, communication, and presentation
• Excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of spoken & written English (Minimum TOEIC Score 650)
