About the Role

• Understand current finance process, understand the requirement from Tax/finance/Ops team and include them into ERP setting
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with Finance team, cross-functional team and APAC regional for customization, issue resolution, and system integration.

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for local teams and APAC Regional.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and provide timely project updates to stakeholders and executives.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify potential project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve problems effectively.
• Ensure compliance with SSP group processes, policies, and quality standards.

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Evaluates, repairs, and standardizes raw datasets to ensure high reliability and usability for business operations.
• Work with Finance and other departments to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for the ERP system.
• Monitor system usage, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy.

Change Management & Training

• Drive change management strategies to support successful ERP adoption.
• Coordinate user training, documentation, and support during and after go-live.

Project Delivery

• Ensure the ERP solution is configured, tested, and implemented according to project plans.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Combine the Month end closing process with new system, both Local and Group consolidation reporting (setup the mapping to OneStream
