About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Food and Beverage Attendant on a casual basis to join the team and deliver exceptional guest dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders accurately and attentively to accommodate preferences.
• Demonstrate comprehensive menu knowledge and recommend food and beverage options.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging warmly with guests and promptly addressing their needs.
• Work breakfast and dinner shifts with flexibility across all seven days of the week, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Warm, approachable demeanour with a positive attitude.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service; previous waitstaff or bar experience.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
• Reliable and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment; flexible to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
